At the North Hollywood, California law firm of Lipton & Margolin our attorneys and staff are dedicated to a single proposition: Delivering the best possible legal representation to the people with worker's compensation and personal injury claims. With thirty years real practice experience, we know California's worker's compensation and personal injury laws inside and out.

We use that understanding to help our clients to the best of our abilities. We give straightforward, honest advice and counsel and we explain the law in ordinary, everyday language. We guide clients through the often frustrating and confusing legal and administrative systems that come into place when a personal or work-related injury occurs. We assist clients with the management of their lives and medical care while they are healing and recover compensation for their remaining injuries.

Because we believe the laws were designed to help people, we are not afraid to take on difficult cases. We will pursue a claim on a client's behalf before a judge or jury if that is what is necessary to obtain justice. Nor do we limit the scope of our representation within our focused areas of practice. We represent clients for the full range of personal injury cases and worker's compensation cases, including psychiatric-only work related claims.

We take pride in the record of courtroom victories we have achieved on behalf of our clients, often in very difficult cases. We measure our success, however, by the difference we make in the lives of our clients and our ability to help them return to them to a full, post-injury life.

FEE ARRANGEMENTS

There is a $375.00 initial consultation charge, payable at the time of the consultation, for assessment of your case and advice as to how to proceed.
All other fees and anticipated costs will be discussed in detail with the client at the time of the initial consultation and prior to the client signing any retainer agreement.
Clients are asked to take their retainer agreement home for thorough review before signing it and to return for a follow up consultation at no additional charge whether the client retains Hugh A. Lipton or not.
